How to install Plesk onyx 17.8 a Linux Cenos 7 based server


  1. SSH to your server as the root user.
  2. Run the following:
    wget -O - | sh
    This will download the autoinstaller and begin the installation. This part of the process may take up to 10 minutes to complete. If there are any installation issues, please make sure you read them thoroughly before continuing.
  3. Once this is complete, you’ll be able to access your Plesk server via the web management interface. To do this, open a browser and point it tohttps://yourserverip:8443
  4. After accepting the self-signed SSL certificate, you should be greeted with a login screen: Note:¬†The default Plesk¬†login for the initial configuration will be the “root” user and your root password.
  5. This will then step you through the process of accepting the End User License Aggreement and the initial configuration steps for your Plesk server.
